Dyanne received Coldwell Banker’s highest broker distinction when she was named to the International President’s Elite, joining the top 1% of sales associates both nationally and internationally. She is certified by the (GRI) Graduate of Realtors Institute, a (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist, and the (ABR) Accredited Buyers Realtor specializing in Buyer Agency. Locally, she was awarded an honorable mention from the residents of Wellesley in the Peoples Reader Choice for realtors and was nominated for Realtor of the Year by her peers. This year Dyanne continued building upon her expertise in Real Estate, earning her Seniors Real Estate Specialists designation (SRES). Focusing her niche more directly on addressing the needs of home buyers age 50-plus, by having the resources and knowledge to assist them with their many options.
Jon joined the team in 2007 after several years in the financial services industry, most recently at the Commonwealth Financial Network and the Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund. He brings to the real estate profession his extraordinary customer relationship skills as well as his ability to create enduring client relationships. In addition, his enthusiasm for technology is focused on endowing Team Lynch Real Estate Consultants with the most advanced Internet tools and capabilities. His expertise has added a new and increasingly sought-after dimension to Team Lynch Consultants’ array of real estate services. This year Jon continued to expand his area of expertise, earning the National Association or Realtors GREEN Designation, as well as obtaining his designation as a Certified Negotiation Specialist. Jon is also a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the Real Estate Cyberspace Society and serves on the Executive Board of the Wellesley Historical Society.
